Creating maps for every celebration of the year makes them more enjoyable by adding different funds and gold rates comparing to normal maps

On events, new maps should me added like a tree for Christmas, a bear for gingerbread, a spaceship for cosmonautics day in center of the map with a capacity of 20 players max.
